Rika Nova

Advisor

A climate and sustainability leader with 15+ years of experience in policy, communications, and behavior change. She has worked across sectors and continues to support Solar Chapter with systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and strategic insight, drawing from her background as a USAID Global Climate Change scholar.

Pungky Sumadi

Advisor

Solar Chapter’s longtime Strategic Advisor, brings 30+ years in public policy and development. Formerly Deputy at Bappenas, he helped shape the organization’s vision from the start. Now retired, he continues offering valuable insight and behind-the-scenes support to guide Solar Chapter’s long-term mission and strategy.

Mustika Wijaya

Executive Director & Founder

Founded Solar Chapter in 2017, she initiated contributions to solve the water crisis using sustainable water solutions. As an Electrical Engineering graduate from UIUC, she blends technology with equity and resilience. An Obama Scholar and Big Bets Fellow, she champions grassroots innovation, policy advocacy, and local capacity building for lasting impact.

Ni Ketut Alit Astuti

Learning Program Coordinator

Leads the Solar Champions Program, training youth in NTT on clean water, solar energy, and development. Alit is a Finance Management graduate, she has over 10 years’ experience in youth empowerment, leading NTT for SDGs 2030 and mentoring national initiatives. She advocates inclusive learning and locally driven solutions.

Yohanes Gaspar Nahak

Head of Field

Bring 15+ years of experience in rural water systems across NTT. Yoga, A Civil Engineering graduate from Widya Mandira University, he was an early contributor to Solar Chapter. Now leading field teams, he draws from national programs like PAMSIMAS, known for his grounded leadership and deep community commitment.

Aini Rahmi Mutia

Sr. Communications Coordinator

A communications strategist focused on education, sustainability, and social impact. Graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran, she leads storytelling at Solar Chapter. Formerly at Ruangguru and a non-profit called Narasea Indonesia, Aini uses inclusive, creative storytelling to amplify local voices and drive community-centered change in rural water access.

Yacob Humau

Innovation Coordinator

He leads the Water IQ monitoring system at Solar Chapter, blending engineering skills and field experience. With a degree in Animal Science from Universitas Nusa Cendana, he rose from Field Coordinator to innovation driver, championing data-driven, community-focused water access solutions across rural Indonesia.

Elnaya Mahadevi Pillian

Partnership Coordinator

An Environmental Engineering graduate from ITB, she has cross-sector experience in ESG, sustainability, and engagement. An ASEAN-Australia Women in STEM alumna, she bridges global insights with local action for climate-resilient, inclusive partnerships.

Amalia Narya

Sr. Program Associate

Managing Solar Chapter’s clean water programs with a focus on sustainability and youth. A Marine and Fisheries Education graduate, she has worked with Greenpeace, UNICEF, and the Ministry of Education. She represented UNICEF Indonesia at COP27 and COP29, bridging grassroots action and global climate advocacy.
