Education for

As Manulea

& Nanin

Project Year

2021-2022

Project Brief

In the village of Nanin, there is only one educational facility, which is an Early Childhood School. It was also forced to be closed down because it did not attain permission from the government. 167 adults in the village remain illiterate due to the lack of proper education.

On the other hand, SMKN Sasitamean in As Manulea village is the only SMK (Vocational High School) in the Malacca district. We identified that there are 3 obstacles, which are the shortages of educational facilities, technological equipment, and teacher training.

Because of this, we plan to build a creative hall which acts as a learning center to support their education where they can learn reading, writing, and other soft skills necessary. We also plan to provide software, proper training, and workshops for students in SMKN Sasitamean.
